1. About MFSetu

MFSetu is a brand operated by Rohit Lakra, an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: 254983). We facilitate mutual fund investments through BSE Star MF platform. We are not an investment advisor, portfolio manager, or a stock broker.

2. Services

We provide mutual fund distribution services including fund selection guidance, SIP setup, lumpsum investments, portfolio tracking, and related services. All transactions are processed through BSE Star MF, a SEBI-registered platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India (or an NRI with valid documentation) to use our services. You must complete KYC verification as mandated by SEBI before making any investments.

4. Investment Risks

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of your investments may go up or down. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. We provide guidance based on your stated goals and risk profile but do not guarantee any returns.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete personal information
• Read all scheme-related documents before investing
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Report any unauthorised access immediately
• Comply with applicable tax laws on investment returns

6. Fees & Commissions

We do not charge any fees directly to investors. We earn commissions from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) as per SEBI-regulated trail commission structures for regular plan mutual funds. This is fully disclosed and transparent.

7. Limitation of Liability

MFSetu shall not be liable for any losses arising from market fluctuations, system downtime of BSE/AMC platforms, or investment decisions made by the user. Our liability is limited to the extent of our role as a distributor.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
